Return & Refund Policy

Every Kozakura Designs product is made to order by our trusted printing partners — meaning your item is created specifically for you after you place your order. This allows us to minimize waste and avoid excess inventory, but it also means we're unable to accept returns for sizing errors, color dissatisfaction, or change of mind.

That said, we stand behind our products. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or simply isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right.


What We Cover

We accept returns and refunds for the following:

  • Damaged product — your item arrives physically damaged
  • Manufacturing defect — clear print errors or production flaws
  • Wrong item received — you received a different product than what you ordered

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.


How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email us at returns@kozakuradesigns.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. We'll review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, we'll offer either a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

In most cases, you're welcome to keep the original item — we encourage donating it rather than discarding it. If a return is preferred, please reach out and we'll discuss shipping arrangements.


What We Don't Cover

Because every item is produced on demand for you, we're unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color variation due to screen or monitor settings
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our team

Before ordering, please review the Size Guide on each product page — it's the best way to avoid sizing issues.
