All Kozakura Designs products are made to order by our trusted printing partners — your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of dispatch — putting total delivery time at roughly 7–10 days from when you order.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

During peak periods — holidays, promotions, or high-volume times — processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.

Hawaii & Alaska

Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska typically take longer than the estimates above due to extended transit times. If you're ordering from Hawaii or Alaska, please allow a few extra days beyond the standard window.

Multiple Packages

Because we work with multiple fulfillment centers, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. Tracking information will be provided for each package.
