Washing Instructions
- Machine wash at a low heat.
- Wash garments inside-out, with similar colours.
- Avoid using bleach. Use non-chlorine bleach if necessary.
- Do not use fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry on a low cycle. Hang-dry for longer life.
- Cool iron inside-out. Do not iron directly on the print.
- Do not dry clean.

How does made-to-order work?
We print your shirt after you order it — no warehouse, no waste. This takes about 7 days to ship, but it means every piece is freshly made for you, and we don't overproduce.
What if I order the wrong size?
We know sizing can be tricky, that's why we have a handy size chart on every product page. If you're still unsure, don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly customer service team at our email: support@kozakuradesigns.com.
Unfortunately as each item is made-to-order we can't accept returns or exchanges if the size is wrong.
Do you ship internationally?
We're a small, made-to-order shop and we haven't opened up international checkout just yet — mostly because we refuse to charge you $30+ in shipping when there's a better way. If you're outside the US, reach out to us at support@kozakuradesigns.com and we'll connect you with a supplier closer to you for a much more reasonable rate. We want your order on your doorstep, wherever that is.🌏
